There was a large at* tendance ot local dancers, who were joined by several carloads of visiters from Winiata and Taihapc. The floor was an excellent order, and a very pleasant time was spent in “tripping the light fantastic, toe.-” Mr Davies made a most efficient M.C.. while the 1 bulk of the musical portion fell to Mr Laing, whose efforts were greatly ap-1 predated.
