AFGHAN AFFAIRS.
(Delayed in Transit). Received 10.5 a.m. V. LONDON, May 13. It is suggested the Amir is creating trouble to prevent international dissensions. A Bolshevik wireless message from Moscow reports that the Amir's uncle, Negrcstol, who headed the unsuccessful revolt in Afghanistan, fled to Bokhara. Many of his supporters have been arrested.
