Japan has decided to recognise Admiral Kolchak's All-Russia Government, whose headquarters were established at Omsk, in Siberia, and whose army is now fighting the Bolsheviks west of the Urals.

STOCKHOLM, May 22
It is staled.an offensive against Petrograd is progressing. The Finnish and Esthonian troops are converging on Petrograd. The Esthonians are, within fifty miles. British troops have been landed at Lugaby, and occupied the river and villages after many fights with Bolsheviks. The Soviet, resolved to defend Petrograd to utmost, and will destroy and burn the city if compelled to evacuate it
