RADIO MESSAGES.
On and from the first proximo the charges of radio-tleegrams ,to or from ships registered in New Zealand or Australia, no matter where trading, and exclusively between Australia and Dominion, or exclusively between ports of New Zealand, will be five pence per word. This reduction does not affect the special ratfe for the ferry service, Wellington to Lyttelton, of 21d per Word, with a minimum of 1/2, or the full rate of lOd per word to or from ships registered outside the Dominion and Commonwealth, sucn as ships engaged in trading between Great Britain, Europe, United StaTes, etc., All vessels of the Union Steamship and Huddar-t Parker Companies may be considered as registered in New Zealand or Commonwealth. -
