The Bolsheviks are exercising a frightful reign of terror at Riga, murdering many without sentences. .The Beds carry off their victims at, night in motor cars, and slaughter them in the suburbs. Bolsheviks countenance wholesale plundering. An epidemic is Taging, including smalipox, black plague, and spotted typhus, with a heavy deathroll. There ijs a great shortage of medicines and doctors. STOCKHOLM, May 12.
It is reported thirty thousand are dying weekly in Petrograd, as a result of starvation.

An official communique states that General Dc-nekin is personally conducting operations at Tzaridzin. He has already captured ten thousand prisoners, twenty-eight guns and 12U machine guns. BOLSHEVIK CRUISER AT WORK ONE SUNK BY BRITISH. Received 8.55 a.m. COPENHAGEN, May 19. Five Bolshevik cruisers bombarded the Finnish coast. Three British cruisers came up and sank one of the Bolshevik vessels. Almost the whole of the crew were drowned, and the rest of the Bolsheviks fled to Kronstadt. Later advices state that the naval engagement in the Baltic lasted thirty five minutes. One of the escaping enemy ships ran ashore.
