INDIA TO AUSTRALIA. PLIGHT IN SEPTEMBER. LONDON, April 24. The Air Ministry has arranged that Captain Ross Smith, the Australian, who accompanied Major-General Salmon! in his flight from Cairo to Delhi, will accompany General Barton in his flight in a Hanlcy-Page machine from India to Australia, after the latter has completed his survey of the route. The flight will probably bo made in September.
