It is announced that the Germans "will receive the terms at 3 p.m. Nclock <m the afternoon of the 7th, GERMAN DELEGATES IMPATIENT BERLIN, May 5. Newspapers state that the German delegates, at a meeting on Sunday, resolved to send an ultimatum to the Entente that they will quit Paris if there is further delay in submitting' the terms.

The ultimatum was handed to Colonel Henry, demanding a reply before 5 o’clock on Monday evening.
