The Swiss authorities have discovered at Moscow the Bolshevists Government’s complete instruction for a rev 'ution in ’Switzerland to be at( tenuted in October. It is reported from Germany that Hindonburg is at Kolbag, between Stettin and Danzig, with a large staff and an army of 200,000, which ho is throwing along the Danzig-Thorn line, with 1200 guns, many of heavy calbre.
