REPATRIATION.
, AUCKLAND, April 24. Scathing criticism of the Government in regard to the repatriation of soldiers is contained in the .annual report of the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association submitted at the annual general meeting to-night. The report strongly condemns the ,setting up of a Ministerial Board in connection with repatriation. It states that a Minister for Repatriation shoufil have been appointed, ,as divided control has never yet proved efficient. It also condemns the Government for what it terms its criminal delay in setting up the department.
