Abe La Cbapellc advices record that drastic measures were taken against highly placed yjndividtaals pound in possession of valuables looted by the Germans from occupied regions. Two professors were imprisoned, and Lieut. Honningham (a multi-millionaire' was sentenced to four months' imprisonment and fined 3000 marks for stealing medals from Brussels Museum. The arrests were the result of the Entented Commission of Enquiry.
