j WIDESPREAD PROPAGANDA. LONDON, March 25. ! The correspondent of the ''"Times" at The Hague states that striking deails have Been received from Berliji regarding the Leninites'' preparation to spread Bolshevism through Germany. Herr Otto Pertz, representative of thv German Soviet at Petrograd, has officially reported that Radek, Bolshevik emissary to Germany, has formed 28 propagandist associations in Germany, with the ultimate purpose of penetrating deeply to the heart of the occupied western regions. Radek spent £1,100,000 to January 20, in organising, and a large sum since. Pertz is issuing three revolutionary" papers printed in Germany, which are regularly smuggled into East Prussia. A Bolshevik school has been opened at Petrograd, in which it is expected to train 10,000 German prisoners of war. and send them to Germany to spread the "gospel."
Centres have been established at Nijni Novgorod, and 'Samara, where German prisoners from Siberia are collected to form a so-called Western Communist division, 30,000 strong, which is intended to be joined the armed Bolshevik invasion of Germany, and help with propaganda. The likeliest recruits. numbering 5000, have been assembled at Petrograd and formed into a "Liebknecht Brigade." These are ready for any violence. The whole scheme is designed to force the soldiers to servo the Bolsheviks or starve. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" urges the Government to intensify its antiBolshevik measures, and to send a commission to Russia to inquire into the full extent of the danger, and to ascertain whether a basis for a specific arrangement between Germany and Russia is possible, based on trade and other interests.
The correspondent of "The Times" at Hclsingfors states that the latest official list of Bolshevik executions includes the name of Bulattzel -and rolovnieff, leaders of the former Czar's notorious Guard, which was itself responsible for many murders. The Bolsheviks also shot sis women, including Madam Poluboyarinovo. the noted loyalist writer.
