FOCH'S DECISION.
LONDON, April 5,
Paris reports: A telegram from Foch at Spa, says be formally upheld the Allies' right, under the armistice/ to land troops at Danzig. He decided to use other routes, which the Germans suggested, because they would hasten the troops' arrival. The negotiations at Spa were only partially successful. Foch insisted on landing some troops at Danzig, but the majority will go through other ports, including Stettin and Konisbcrg. The agreement reached at |Spa' provide* that Hallcr's troops will cross Germany at the- rate of ten trains daily.
