HUN REVOLUTION. ; SWEEPING CHANGES. LONDO, March 00. The Budapest revolution is 'accomplishing sweeping changes in economic life. Lawyers, engineers, physicians, and other educated classes are forming trade unions. The new Soviet housing councils are seizing the apartments of the wealthy in order to house the poor. All objects of art and private possessions arc declared public property. Religions tuition is forbidden in schools. 1 H 9 ] Herr Belakum declares that terrorism will prevail only if n >ssary. The British gunboats have left Budapest, but the food delegates' are remaining. THE HUNGARIAN PROBLEM HUNS ADVISED TO QUIT. Received 9 a.m. BERLIN, March 31. It is reported that all Germans have been advised to leave Hungary.

It is reported that Freneli troops between Hungary and Roumania were attacked, losing many prisoners. The Hungarian army is threatening the Roumanian frontiers. UNDERSTANDING WITH BOLSHEVIKS, ALLIES WITHDRAW PROM RUSSIA. Received 9 a m. LONDON, March 31 Lansbury, editor of the Daily Herald, asserts that the Allies have decided upon an understanding with Bolsheviks on the basis that providing the Bolsheviks confine their activities to present territory, the Allies withdraw from Russia.
