In the Assembly, Mr. Cresswell moved in favour of the reconStitutlon of the Railway B'oarjd to consist of an equal number of Government nominees and railway servants. The Minister of Railways declined to accept the motion on the ground that it meant giving 35,000 railway employees equal representation •wltn the Avhole of the rest of the community.
