GERMAN SHIPS TO CONVEY ALLIED TROOPS.
s Received 9.10 a.m. LONDON March 23. A Basle telegram states that the German Government has reached an agreement with the Seamen’s League, and the Patricia and Cliveland, belonging to the Hamburg line, will immediately convey troops to America from Prance.
