GERMANY'S TROUBLES.

BOLSHEVISM IN HUNLAND ANOTHER OUTBREAK EXPECTED PROHIBITION OP RUSSIAN MONEY Received 855. LONDON, March 15 The Daily Telegraph's Rotterdam corespondent states that although N.oske is victorious in pitched battles, there is still much desultory rifle firing in Berlin at night time, and occasional shells from Spartacist artillery. There ar over 600 dead lying in the morgues and hospitals, and many Sparticist victims were buried secretly. There is a strong revulsion of feeling against the ruthlessness of the Government troops and summary executions, especially in Lichtenberg, where scores of innocent men and children were killed, Berliners believe the extremists are gaining strength, and that they will engineer another outbreak.;! It is significant that trades unions and co-oprative societies' are dismissing Majority Socialist officials and installing Independent Socialists. ' -The Government is passing a hi}! forbidding, traffic in Russian money' and securities,-hoping thus to prevent Sparticists obtaining Russian financial support.
