The first prize in this Art j Union is valued at £IOOO, whilst there are 170 other prizes, the whole of which total about £6300. A good many people are making a regular weekly purchase of 5s and 10s worth of tickets, so that by the time the Art Union is drawn they will have a very good chance of winning a substantial prize, and will also have helped the Scholarship cause substantially without feeling the cost.
