MOAWHANGO COLLIE CLUB.

An enthusiastic meeting of ,themembers of the Moawhango Collie Club was hold at Moawhango on Saturday night. It was unanimously decided to resume the annual DogTrials, which had lapsed during the war period on account of the absence of a largo number of the Club’s supporters who were doing thdiv duty at the front. The dates for the forthcoming Dog Trials were fixed for the 28th, 29th, and 30th May next. Cups were donated for different events by the following: Messrs .T. Whittle, F. E. Cottrell, and J. Mcardy, 15gns Cup for Longhead; Mr A. McColl lOgns, Cup for best team; Mr T. Muir lOgns Cup for returned! soldiers; Messrs Wat and Lowry £lO towards the Club’s funds.
