Received 9.5. LONDON, February 27. The Australian Press Association correspondent j|earas ,that documents reveal |he plans (of the Russian Military Commission in Moscow for 1919. Recent Bolshevik attacks show that these plans have been carried out more or less successfully on several Russian fronts, particularly in Ukraine, though attacßs on Esthonia and the North Caucasus, the plans have thus far failed. There is accumulating evidence of the missing Bolshevik force on the Archangel front, while on the Muransk front the enemy retired twenty miles, blowing up a large quantity of stores. Esthonians captured Arensburg, on Vcsel Island, but Bolsheviks definitely possess Kicff. Off Petlura's force, which consisted of about 40,000, only 10,000 remain loyal. MORE BOLSHEVIK ATROCITIES. Received 9.55. LONDON, February 27. Bolshevik forces are threatening! the Isthmus of Perekop, giving access to the Crimea. Operations in North Caucasus ended in, a Bolshevik defeat, and 40,000 were taken prisoner. Unimpeachable evidence has been obtained of wsolesale Bolshevist atrocities when they occupied Perm and Ekaterinbug.
