JAPAN AND RUSSIA LONDONj February 12 The Times correspondent at Omsk states that as a result of the Allies’ dilatoriness in regard to Russia, military and commercial circles in Omsk are carrying on propaganda urging an arrangement under which Japan alone would crush the Bolsheviks, and restore the monarchy, in return for special privileges in Siberia and Manchuria, and the control of the railway to the Urals.
It is admitted that the project involves serious sacrifices, but the position regarded as desperate, the Allies aparently having abandoned Russia. The Omsk propaganda 'is succeeding, and Japanese agents encourage the view that Japan will readily intervene.

DENIKIN’S SWEEPING 'SUCCESS.
CONSTANTINOPLE. Feb. 27
General Denikin is sweeping north of the Caucasus. He has reached Dorjanskoe. on the Caspian, making great capture of troops and transport.
The Siberian army advancing along the Siberian railway, is now 58 miles oast of Pern, but Bolshevist successes south of Orenburg have severed Siberian communications with the Cossacks in the south. A BOLSHEVIST DEFEAT LONDON, February 27 Libau and Windau have been recaptured from the Bolsheviks. Baden peasants are revolting against the dictatorship of the Soviets
