THOUSAND ENLIST DAILY. FOR SERVICE IN GERMANY Received 11.10 a.m. LONDON, February 20 Mr. Winston Churchill, speaking in London, said we are recruiting a new array for two or three years service at the rate of over 1000 daily. It was essential in cfrder to disarm Germany and secure reparation, which we are determined to get, to maintain a strong, well disciplined army on the Rhine. There was no intention of sending a large British force to Russia; if Russia is to fro saved it must he hy its own exertion.
