Abraham tuul Williams Ltd. weekly report: — At Huntervillc on Tuesday a very heavy yarding came to hand and met with a ready'sale at the following prices:—'4 and syr. ewes 21/, 23/, 24/1 Poor do. 15/3, 17/6; cull do. 6/; 2th ewes 27/, 28/6, fair do. 24/6, 26/2. small do. 22/6; small m/s 2ths 17/, 19/3; 4th ewes 28/9; 2th wethers 25/10, 27/4; m/s lambs 13/, 14/6; fair do. 9/; culls 4/2, 5/-. Fat heifers £ll 5/, empty do. £2 15/, bulls to £S 5/.

At Taihape on Wednesday small yardings of sheep and cattle wore .as fottows: —M/aged ewes 22/, small 2th wethers 19/, medium lambs 10/4, culls 3/1, Rom. rams 3Jgs. Yearling £6 4/6, weaner heifers £2.

At Mangaweka on Thursday we had big yarding principally ewes of good quality for which the demand was good. Following are some of the principal sales: On account F. K. IT. Corringe, 4 and Syr. ewes 3/, 32/3, 2th ewes 24/8; on account A. Dnthie 4th 'Cwhs 26/3; oh account Alec. Dalziell 4 and syv. ewes 27/1; on ac count W. W. Fulton. 4 yr. owes 20/7, 6th do. 2/6; on account L. Vile 4 and 5 yr. owes 21/6; on account Jno. Green 4 and syr ewes 21/; on account IV. F. Stevens mixed aged Bom. rams 2gs. to Ggs. Other sales as follows: M/aged ewes 16/3 to 17/6; 2th wethers 21/10 to 27/.

At our fortnightly pale of hides and tallow this afternoon competition for good sound hides was keen and prices showed an advance of id to Ml per lb. Calfskins were firm at last rates. Tallow was neglected and all lines were passed in. We quote: Ox heavy 60 lbs up 12d to 14 1-8 d; ox medium 50/59 lb. 12d to 13d; ox light 49 lb. and under lid to 113-Sd; cow heavy. 551bs and over 11 5-8 d; cow medium 42 to 54 lb lid to IT 3 86; cow light under 42 lb 10d to T 1 5-86; cut slippy and inferior 8d to 10 3-Sd; bulls, stag 7;;-d to 9 18d; yearlings 16/24 lb. 10;|d to 12d; calf superior up to Kilbs. 19d to 23d; calf medium good 17d to 22d; calf damaged S'd to 17d.
