GERMAN DEMOBILISATION

REPORTED TO BE ALMOST COMPLETED. LONDON, February 13. German demobilisation is almost completed, except 100,000 still in the East. The 1916-17 classes will be disbanded on February 15th. Only the 1918-19 classes' (numbering 459,000), will be left as a standingarmy, in addition to a volunteer army of 300,000, which is being formed, whereof the Eastern frontier defence force consists of 90.000. The discipline of the volunteers is bad and recruiting' apathetic.
