Pursuant to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that an additional charge of ten per centum will be added to all rates due and unpaid after the 14th of February, 1919. Legal proceedings will be taken without further notice, for the recovery of all rates remaining unpaid, together with the ten per cent, additional charge thereon after such date.
