The Armistice.
NEW ARMISTICE CONDITIONS. MAKE GERMANY HARMLESS. Received 9.5 a.m. PARIS, February 12. The inter-Allied War Council is expected to announce the now armistice conditions, which will place Germany beyond the possibility of resuming hostilities. The conditions may include Allied occupation of the Rhine, reduction of the German army to 20 divisions, the establishment of a ItiiS between Germany and Poland, beyond which neither must pass, and the surrender of additional German artillery. ARMISTICE EXTENDED. AMERICA READY TO RECOMMENCE? HOSTILITIES. IP GERMANY BREAKS AGREEMENT.

The Allies hUve decided to renew the armistice for a brief period, with the right of suspension if Germany fails in any stipulation. It is understood that in the event of any such failure Wilson is willing to order th“ American army to commence hostilities again.
