Received 9.5 a,ns» PARIS. February 11. Prominent citizens at Papeete and Tahiti have addressed a petition to the Prime Minister and Chamber of Deputies asking for the recall of the Governor and the chief of the medical service at Tahiti because of neglect of duty during the influenza epidemic.
