END OF A STRIKE.
BERNE, February 9,
The Cologne and Dusseldorff strike of the middle classes ended in the Spa/rtacists conceding the chief demands of the bourgeoise strikers.
THE GERMAN CABINET
COPENHAGEN, February 10,
The Yossiche Zeitung states that new German Cabinet will be composed of sixteen members, of which the Social Democrats will have the President and Ministers of Defence, Labour, Economy, Nutrition, and Demobilisation. The Democrats will have the Vice-Pre-sident and the Ministers of the Interior and Finance. The Centre Party will have the Ministers of Justice, the Treasury and Post and Telegraph, while the Democrats and Social Democrats will have each one Minister without portfolio. The Foreign Ministry will be neutralised.
ANOTHER OUTBREAK IN BERLIN.
ITERNE, February 9
There was a serious Spartacist outbreak in Berlin on the evening of February Bth. Soldiers and sailors, commanded by Eichorn, fired and killed eight and wounded forty. Strict censorship is being enforced.
