LABOUR TROUBLES
STRIKERS RESUMING. Received 8.55 a,m. LONDON, February 10. The strikers in London shipyards docks are steadily resuming. The hotelkeepers have decided not to recognise the Waiters’ Union, and the strikers have resumed. Fifty per cent* of the shipyard workers on the Clyde have resumed, and a general re-start is expected on the 12tk.
