GERMAN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OPENS. EBERT’S ACCUSATIONS. Received 10.5 a.m. LONDON, February 7, The German National Assembly has opened at Weimar, Ebert presiding. He accused the Allies of introducing robbery into the peace terms, and shamelessly imposing the harshest possible 'conditions Germany was waiting for Wilson’s Peace League.
