BY FRENCH DEPUTIES. Received 8.10 a.m. PARIS, February 3. M. Desehanel received Mr, Wilson at the Chamber of Deputies in the presence of President Poineare. The American colours were draped round Mr. Wilsonfs chair. Senators and deputies for the first time sat together in the Palais Bourbon. It was also the first time in 70 Tears that a foreign personage-was received and spoke within the -enclosure I reserved for deputies. " "*" -
