BOY-ED’S BUSINESS PLANS.
LESSONS FROM AMERICA. LONDON, aJnuary 10. A Berlin message states that Captain Karl Bby-Ed,' formerly German Naval Attache, in America, stated that, like most of his comrades in the navy, he was preparing for a. profession, in the selection of which his familiarity with American perseverance and confidence was proving and inspiring factor. He intends to engage in commercial pursuits. Boy-ed said the revolution in the German navy was part of a general movement. Recent revelations by Adolf Joffe, the Bolshevik ambassador, showed that Russian gold played a decisive ro]o in the revolution, and ia ad-' dition an extraordinary influence was exerted upon the German people by~ the propaganda conducted iby Lord Northcliffe, which was not fully real 1 ised yet. The Independent Socialist 'leaders revealed that the outbreak of the revolution was planned for November 4. The German fleet mobilised on October 13 for an attack on the Flemish coast, and this put the avalanche- into action prematurely.
