IN IRELAND.
A CENTRE PARTY FORMED. Received 10.10 a.m. LONDON, January 25. The Sinn Fein has instructed clubs to stop hunt meetings in Ireland pending the release of Sinn Fein prisoners. An Irish Centre Party has been formed to promote serf-government in Ireland within the Empire, under a Central Parliament for National Affairs, provincial assemblies for provincial affairs. Mr. Gwyhn, a Commoner, is chairman, and General Gougli commander of the Fifth Army during the retreat last March is a member.
