ATHIESTICAL RUSSIA. "RED DEVIL" ESTABLISHED. Received 9.15 a.m. LONDON, January 23. Mr. Jeffries, states refugees from say the Bolsheviks are eonducting an athiestical campaign. Fifty churches have been closed, and all churches are heavily taxed and all religious teaching prohibited. An antireligious and anti-clerical newspaper has been 'established (entitled "The Red Devil."

The Evening Standard . states that General Foeh Las already gone to Poland. BRITISH WARSHIPS FOR LIBAU Redeived v 10.10 a.m. COPENHAGEN, January 24. The British cruiser Royalist and three torpedoers have left for Libau.
