AUSTRIA SUBMITS.
VIENNA, January 15. The French Government’s Note has been received. If declines the German proposal regarding the settlement of territorial differences between the Czecho-Slovaks and Austria by arbitration. It further declares that the line of demarkatiem fixed by General d’Esperey must remain until settled by the Peace Conference. Austria accepts the decision.
