INTERVIEW TERMINATES WITH REVOLVER SHOTS.

LONDON, January 14

Major Miles Charles Setton, of the Australian Medical Corps, was shot dead at the house of his cousin, Sir Malcolm Setton, Holland Park, Lieut-enant-Colonel N. C. Rutherford, a Territorial medical officer, has been arrested. Rutherford was charged at the West London Police Court with the murder, and remanded to the 22nd. It is understood the accused had just arrived from the front and sought to interviewed deceased. The interview terminated with revolver shots for ten minutes.
