RUSSIAN REPRESENTATION NEW YORK, January 10 The New York Times Washington correspondent states that official despatches from Paris say the Russian peace representative urged the Allied Governments to recognise the AllRussian Government at Omsk. BRITISH DELEGATES’ DEPARTURE. LONDON, January 11. An official announcement is made that Messrs. Lloyd George and Bonar Law, accompanied by the Prime Ministers (of |CaiHada„ Australia,, South Africa, and New Foundland, and the Maharajah of Bikaner, leave for Paris on the morning of Janury 11th for preliminary conversations with the heads of the Allied and associated States.
