AMUSEMENTS.
EVERYBODY'S. “The Eyes of Mystery/* a thrilling story of romance amd adventure, is showing at the Town Hall to-night. In this new photo-play Miss Storey is able to do all the athletic stunts which she enjoys. She makes a thrilling escape on horseback and, being pursued by a man in a row boat when she rides across a stream, she has a terrific, struggle in midstream with her pursuer. In other scenes she shows ■her ability with a gun when, with the aid of a few men, she defends the historic “House in the Mist” from a host of half-crazed Virginia mountaineers. “The Eyes of Mystery” is replete with thrills. A splendid Ditmar natural history firm, “Indian and African Elephants,” gives additional strength to the programme. The picture is of a most interesting nature and will please all. The comedy, “Speed,” lives up to its title. A slow girl and a slow town are livened up by a new invention—-“Speeditus”—till everything is in a whirl; but, alas, It was all a dream, and the girl is as slow as ever. The Co-operative Weekly Review completes one of the best progr©rmes released for some time.
