It is reported from Moscow that Trotsky has assumed the dictatorship after arresting Lenin.

The Grand Duke Cyril narrated he had a letter last November from Prinsess Tatiana the Tsar’s daughter, that the Emperlor, Empress, and daughters were all alive. The Bolshevik offirer ho was ordered to carry out his death, told the Emperor: "It is a matter of indifference to me who is shot. I have only to produce a corpse.
