The “Philadelphia Ledger” reports that the United States has decided Ihot to interfere further in Rusesia. The return of the American troops already in the Archangel district is forecasted.

Poland was ready to form a barrier against the tide, if given arms and technical officers. LEMBERG’S FALL AWAITED. COPENHAGEN, Jan. 6. Lemberg’s fall is expected on the 7th. Twenty thousand Ukrainians are standing outside the city.
