A MOUNT EGMONT EPISODE. ROYAL ALBERT MEDAL AWARDEU Received 11.10 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 4. The Royal Albert Medal has been awarded to Arthur Ambury, New Plymouth, for attempting to save a mountaineer on Mount Edmont while falling on the ice slope at a terrifie pace. Ambury tried to arrest the descent at a terrible risk to his own life.
