The Berlin correspondent of the United Press states that the new German Government will consist of Herr Ebert as Chancellor and Minister for the Interior; Herr Philip Sehoidcinann, Foreign Minister; Herr Noske, Minister for the Army and Navy; Herr Lansberg, Minister of Finance; and Herr Wcssel, Minister of Social Affairs. The Government has announced the following policy; To prepare for the meeting of a National Assembly; to provide food; to socialise public institutions; to seize war profits; to provide universal v employment; to wo:note national defence; to disarm unauthorised persons - , to bring about a quick and favouraole peace; and to reform German diplomacy jbroad.
