NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING QUESTION.
Received noon. LONDON, Dec. 21. Sir Thomas Mackenzie, speaking at London, said much normal export trade will soon return. The shipping problem Is working out satisfactorily. About twenty ships available in December and January, and £he~ situation for April and May are most promising. The whole of the refrigerated tonnage formerly in the New Zealand trade diverted for war purposes in the North Atlantic is now being released.
