Poindexter, in a speech assailing Secretary Daniels, who a few days ago said the 1 United States ought not to seek indemnities from Germany, declared that Mr. Daniels did not represent the opinion of the Republicans of the Unitea States. In his opinion many people in 'the United Spates with him. The United States is a winner in the war, and is entitled to justice under international law, and should demand the cost of hostilities. Material aid Avill be extended to the Czeeho-Slovaks. Plans provide for the exportation of not less than 200,000 tons of commodities. Russia will be permitted to ship goods to the United States in order to pay for commodities received.
