SUPPORT IN BRITAIN. PRESIDENT WILSON'S ATTITUDE: Received !).I5 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 14. The League of Nations convassed 1500 electoral candidates, and claims 528 are in favour of the proposed League. An 'American correspondent travelling with President Wilson states Mr Wilson is most keen in regard to the League of Nations. He favours the punishment of the Kaiser.
