Guthrie, Industries and Commerce, Imperial Supplies, Discharged Soldiers’ Information. Hon. A. M. Myers, Minister of Finance, Land and Income Tax. The Hon. MacDonald represents Sir Joseph Ward in relation to the Liberal party. The Ecmuera sailed for London today, Avith the Prime Minister and. Sir Joseph Ward. BLAZE AT FOXTON. SEVERAL BUILDINGS BURNED FOXTON, December 12 Shortly before 3 o ’clock this morning fire destroyed Hamer’s Picture Theatre, Admor’s (painter and paperhanger) shop and dwelling, and the contents of Longcy’s billiard saloon (owned by Mr. Hamer), also a cottage owned by Mr. Hamer, and storage shed and contents at the roar of Oxley’s grocery store. The fire started in the picture theatre, Avhich had been closed during the epidemic. The origin is a mystery. A block of of wooden shops, adjacant in the man street, narrovpy escaped destruction.
