Peace Conference.
WILSON'S TERMS. NEW YORK, Dec 5. The United Press Association correspondent aboard the President's ship states there is every indication that the President will declare for tion of armaments on land and sea, and that no one sea Power can be supreme. Another wireless message from the ship states that President Wilson intimated definitely to his entourage his intention when in France to make plain his proposal that all nations would come to the Peace Conference prepared to make sacrifices for lasting peace, and that armed domination by any one nation shall cease. LEAGUE OF NATIONS REPRESENTATIVE. Received 10.30 a.m. LONDON, December 6. Lord Robert Cecil attends the Peace Conference at the head of the League of Nations section. POLAND'S REPRESENTATION. LONDON, Dec 5. The Government has intimated that it is in favour of Polish representation at the Peace Conference, where Polish interests are involved. At Dundee, Mr. Churchill announced that the British representatives at the Peace Conference would demand the | absolute abolition of ""conscription j throughout Europe. I APPEAL TO CATHOLICS ROME, December 5. A Papal Encyclical .summons Catholics everywhere to pray for a just peace. It promises that the Pope will use all his influence and asks that Catholics will loyally execute the decisions of the Peace Conference.
