DANGER DAILY INCREASING Received noon. AMSTERDAM, Doc. 2. How Schiedcmann, in an article in ''Vorwaerts," says the danger of the disruption of the Empire is increasing -daily. He says there has been a conference with the French command at Strassburg with the view to the creation of a South German Republic. The Executive of Berlin Soviets, has resolved to welcome a Russian Bolshevist fdelegation to the Soviets' Congress.
