'Among the names of those who died in camp was Rangi Kerehoma. inquiries were made as to his identity, but every official in Wellington seemed quite unable to place him. Further enquiries in the Wairarapa show it is a young Maori land-owner, whose name has been so prominently before Parliament and the courts in the country for several years back.
A SAD DEATH.

A four-year-old son of Mr. James Scott, of Bayfield Road, died from scalds through falling into a copper containing boiling water.
PORT HEALTH OFFICER DIES,
WELLINGTON, Nov. 23,
Dr. Henry Pollen, port health officer at Wellington, and a member of the Military Pensions Board, died today of pleurisy following influenza, at the iage of 65.
