District Health Office, Wellington, .NOTICE PROHIBITING SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, WHEREAS by a warrant dated No vember 21st, 1918, and made under Section 18 of the "Public Health Act, 1918," His Excellency tne GovernorGeneral has conferred upon all District Health Officers power and authority vritli the approval of the Honourable Minister of Public Health to prohibit the sale of all Alcoholic Liquor within their health districts for the purpose of more effectually checking or preventing the spread of Influenza. NOW, therefore, in pursuance of the said powers.and for the said purpose; I, ROBERT HALDANE MAKGILL, (District Health Officer),'do hereby prohibit the sale within the Wellington Health District or" all Alcoholic Liquors.
