0 AUSTRIAN EMPEROR TO ABDICATE. , Received noon. COPENHAGEN, Nov. 4. The Berliner Tageblatt’s Vienna correspondent states the Emperor on the 2nd Nov. confered with the members of the’ Cabinet and party leaders and announced his intention to abdicate and retire to Switzerland.
